call me al

I enjoy turning complex, tangled ideas into digestible concepts through design thinking. The throughline of my background is human-centered process improvement.

I feel most aligned when I’m working with purpose-driven organizations and having meaningful conversations.

I've spent my career in roles that have allowed me to collaborate with others - from a Peace Corps volunteer to a program manager to a UX Designer and now a Design Lead at an EdTech firm.

I've always been interested in the human side of organizations, and I love working on projects that help people become happier and more productive.

In my free time, if I’m not outside enjoying the lakes and trails of the Adirondacks, I’m sprawled out on the deck or by the fireplace (depending on the season) with stained glass, pressed flowers, and whatever else I’m crafting!
